When will my credit card be debited?
Your payment will be taken from your credit card at point of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards..
How long will take my order to arrive?
This depends on where you are located. Usually it takes 4-10 working days, however new orders are going to receive a seperate free trailer DVD and this will mean that until further notice your order may take up to 14 days to arrive. You can get more information on our Delivery & Shipping page.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to work out where your order is located.
Can I place my order by email?
For security reasons we advise that you never send your credit card details to anyone by email. Please DO NOT email us your credit card details!
What happens if the product I ordered is not in stock?
Out of stock items will be labelled so on the website. If you still wish to order an out of stock item, contact us and we will inform you by email with an indication of the availability date.
Can I place an order to be delivered to someone else? To another country?
When ordering from the Benson Media Website you are agreeing that the sex films you purchase are for your personal use only.
If you wanted your order to be sent to another country please bear in mind that the delivery/handling fee may vary. Ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Also, please be aware that we supply hardcore material and not all countries accept this so there is a possibility that it could be opened and inspected or held by Customs.
Do you offer any special deals or discounts?
You will regularly find special offers, discounts and promotions on our Internet site or you apply directly to us if you are considering a very large purchase. Credit notes/vouchers can be redeemed when you next order or at any time.
Do I have to sign for the parcel personally, or can someone else sign for it?
For U.K. Recorded Delivery parcels only; any adult in your household can sign but they may be asked for some form of identification.
Can I refuse the delivery?
Yes, if you do not sign for the parcel, the carrier will return it to us.
What happens if the parcel is damaged or has been opened/mistreated?
Then we advise you to return it to us. Don't forget to include your details and order number.
Upon the receipt of the returned product we will either re-ship your order or offer you a full refund.
For opened or damaged deliveries we advise you not to sign for the parcel and instruct the driver to return the parcel to the return address on the envelope. In both cases please contact us immediately.
What if my DVD won't play?
Simple. We'll replace it free f charge. Just return the faulty DVD to us and we'll dispatch a new one by return post.
